He made a transitioned from a Career Chef to a Meat Specialist for Shamrock Foods. He covers mainly beef, but all other meat & seafood items as well. He covers El Paso, all of New Mexico and the southern region of Colorado. He also spokemans for their Sterling Silver Premium Beef.
