In the market I'm in it seems like my department is the only one that is willing to go the extra mile to increase sales and promote the store. How about yours?
I agree Dan, if our market worked like the grocery they would fire us, but grocery gets to do as they please. most of our front end would rather sit on their ass at the coffee pot and talk about everything but sales
even with cross merchandiseing its a hassle for another dept most of the time......i use to have to set up there displays in and around my counter when it wasnt even my sales
