Well things have steadily been increasing. The middle of last month we finally were able to start accepting foodstamps. Our case however is still down.
I've been doing several of the meatpacks a day since the begginning of the month. I've had to limit the amount I can do a day because of space issues.
I am already booked till next Monday.
Had the second health department inspection, no issues there.
Last weeks sale were approximately $2500 in the meat shop. Much better than the first weeks sales of about $80 bucks.
So if I am doing my math correctly sales have increased 3000%? Is that correct? Or am I doing it wrong?
thats not bad at all.going from 80 to 2500 in just a couple months is a good sign. word is getting around that you got meat there. i always say it take 9months to get a a new meat dept going. are you planning any special services for the holiday season?
