Creekstone Premium Beef

I have a meeting Wednesday with a rep. from Creekstone Premium Angus Beef, I was hoping for some feedback on the quality and consistency of their product, If anyone has used it what do you think?

Dan I cut Creekstone for many years with Roundy's and loved the stuff

Very few leakers
Great Marbling
consistent yield

i have used this brand before but that was some time ago if my memory is right it is really nice looking beef and is sealed very well. i think even the boxes were nice. as far as whole sale prices i don't remember.

This is sounding good, I'm tired of the inconsistency of swift and excel, not to mention ibp, trying to find something that I can count on everytime!

Weeks in Richmond are going to begin selling it, they are bringing the Rep to my store to see if its something I might want to get into, I'm not sure on cost, but if it is good product and reasonably competitive I will probably give it a try!

let me know how that works out i am getting a little frustrated with some things usually from swift..like sometimes you get really nice strips and sometimes you get strips that are 50% fat on them. if i remember right this creekstone stuff never had alot of waste on it.

Creekstone had the highest cutting yields I ever had
Boxes were built to take shipping and handling
If I could I would order them again

I did order direct from them
once a week delivery
14 days of wet age
