Guess rich people finding their roots

Pork Belly

Suddenly in demand thanks to cookbooks, chefs and television, pork belly is best slow-roasted, fried, grilled or stewed. There's no real substitute for it, though unsmoked slab bacon can be used.
Recipes: Grilled Pork Belly With Soy-Mirin Glaze, Pork Belly Cracklings, Brined-and-Braised Pork Belly With Caraway

I had pork belly at a fancy restaurant and it was soooo good! It was glazed with something sweet and just melted in your mouth.

The way the price of beef keeps going, only the rich will be able to afford it. The market for fat cattle hit $1.30 on the hoof. That figures out to $2.00 hanging!
