I heard through the grapevine that Kuby's meats in Dallas TX is in need of a cutter who can bone deer quarters very fast and they are willing to pay top dollar.  The position is seasonal unless you are really good and then you could get hired on full time year around.  Its a small company and the only benifits are paid holidays and vacation.  Their need is great and deer season starts in a few days, Nov 7th
