Chuck and shoulder roasts.......I prefer a rump roast on the grill till its 130 degrees. Takes about 2 hours....I

We do really well with boneless english cut roast, we also have created a great market for a pork and beef combination roast, boneless pork butt and shoulder clods, netted together. It is a great way to offer an economical roast to your customer since beef prices have all but eliminated the 1.99 pot roast.

top round roast and shoulder roast(english roast) always tie the top round roast or they won't buy it

whatever is on sale that week...thats our store...we mostly do sale items....not too much "odd ball" stuff....if bottom round roasts are on sale we will sell some chuck & english roasts but not too many

BNLS CHUCK ROAST AND TRI-TIP ROAST SELL GOOD ALL YEAR LONG. NOW THE RIB ROAST WILL START MOVING GOOD TOO.
