Now that I would love to see, I can just see it now the local news paper and maybe the BBC. LOL.

Trouble is that you wouldn't want to be called the cowboy butcher over here ,it means something totally different.

I agree Pete, very nice case, I like the fact you leave some fat on the top sirloin steak and I also like leaving the tails on your boneless pork chops, here in America every one trims the tail off.

I notice you sell a lot of sausage, how many differ types do you carry
