Before I found this site I felt the art of Meatcutting was dying, glad to see it hasn't, I am proud to be a Meat Cutter and now passing it on to my sons. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Talking to people of like mind is great and I have already learned a lot.

Hi John. Feel the same way. Been a meatcutter for 32 years and feel like we're being phased out. Glad to have found this site, too.
