She is from Toodyay, Australia outside of PERTH on the western side of Australia.

The original village of Toodyay was one of the earliest inland towns in the State, fill with History

Wow, thanks everyone! :) My husband will be joining soon too - I am technically not a meat cutter, he is the meat cutter, I am the one that handles the customers, presentation and the marketing/administration side of things. :)
