Welcome! 7 generations that's great!!!!

I'm 4th generation sausage maker. The first 2 were in Poland.

Now that 3 of my 4 kids have finished college, the last one just started. I'm willing to teach them so we can make it 5.  

I look forward to reading your blog.

I hope you post some pics. of the family business.

I will ask you how to make blood pudding and bangers another time. LOL
