Don't know what you mean by Quarter Pork Loins - but I do cut assorted chops as Dan said. Three Rib, three sirloin and three centers all in a white 12s.
i call them assorted or mixed chops now. for me its 2 rib end, 2 loin end and 2 centers. I used to do something called quarter loin rib and then something called quarterloin loin. also used to do something just called quarterloin. but to me mixed chops and 1/4 loin are very different so i get a little annoyed when stored label mixed chops as 1/4 loin because thats not true,.
