88 cent shoulders and round steak   bone in would have been a killer at that time for the meat cutters if you had any volume!

$0.79 BI chucks, $0.29 chicken leg quarters and .99 BI pork loin chops in a family pak. We'd cut the chucks anywhere from 1/3" to 3/4". We only had to tray the chicken but after about 4 hours of pulling them out of ice is a killer. We'd cut the country styles off the loin and then cut the rest of the loin at 3/4", hide the sirloin chops on the bottom and put the prettier loin chops on top. We'd sell the hell out of all of them.

25 cent a pound turkeys (thanksgiving). And they all had to be priced with a marker and a calculator. Manager was a real hard ass and made me do it all in the freezer!

The cheapest meat I've ever sold has been chicken breast for approximately $1.50 per pound. I think meat might be more expensive where I live...
