NOOOO Im lucky if I get 38 hours, but ive been moving all week and still not done getting stuff out of my house in Wooser so Im not complaining this week.
8 hours every other week. last week the boss was on vacation. i got relief pay, holiday pay. and about 10 hours over because the floater they sent me ended up in the hospital on thursday......
Overtime ? Nah, as a working owner it does not exist, haha
I try to keep my cutters at a fair level of hours though and they all get OT. I do try to keep it under 10 hrs/week

Salaried. As the manager I'm always on the clock. On my "days off" I still end up getting at least 2-3 calls from work and I'm always looking for new items or better ways to merchandise.
No over time ! I don't want overtime !... No overtime ! I don't want overtime ... You need to work 6 days a week untill.... I don't want overtime !... We need you to be assistant manager !... I only want to work nights, I run another buisness .... but , but , but , look at the shinny pennies we'll give you
I usually get exactly 40 hours. Never less. During Christmas week, I got 66 hours. 1 hour OT today and 1.5 hours OT on Saturday. Should be back to normal after today. No more OT.
12 hours this past week. Our Head took the week off due to his father passing, and they got us no relief at all. A 22000 day with 2 cutters is brutal, let me tell ya, let alone 3 in a row!
In our area cutters generally work 40 in Jan/Part of Feb, and 48 the rest of the year. Our shop is considered a "1st of the month" store, and we're generally understaffed that week, so 50 for the dept head and me isn't outta the question, the other guy rarely works more than his preferred 44 though. I'm sure they'd get rid of it if they had the people. They can't find anyone though.
i work 6 days a week and usually get called in my 7th day being manager though i dont always get paid for all the extra hours i put in i get paid from 48 to 56 hours a week
