Neat video! I'd have a lot of comments, but I'm only home for lunch and have no time.

Enjoyed it. Thanks for posting it.

ALL RIGHT BEFORE ANY OF YOU SAY IT, yes thats me in my younger days LOL

that was a lie but this isn't,

at 4.17 on the time line, the paper she is using, it had a sweet side and a bitter side, if you got the bitter up it would turn your meat green quick

at 4.35 you can see the paper isn't tight, the wrappers never could get it tight, only a meat wrapper could pull it tight enough

at 4.40 you see the scales, they had keys on them you had to punch in, hit a handle beside he key to get your label

at 4.50 the label heater would heat the glue on the back of the label to make it stick, IF you weren't careful you could get burned quick

at 5.25 you notice the sign on the back wall locally fed, locally packed,  you think that might be the sign of the times now, Buy Local  lol  Grass Fed

I would have like to cut the meat but how did you ever get a meat case filled with a machine like that, couldn't wrappers do it fast ?
