meat case

what type of meat case do you perfer a coffin,  triple deck or multi deck. I like the triple deck till the DM comes and changes things around and then it will take a few days to change some try sizes and get things even out again. seems like they can never break species where they will be even in the counter. at lest mine can't!! I guess you can tell a DM has been in my market today. grrrrrrrr

This opinion is for my convenience as a worker. A non owner, a non manager. It might not be what looks best. or what's best for sales and profit.

I like a coffin. One that you work from behind in an area where customers don't go. I HATE having to share floor space with customers when I'm trying to fill a case.

I do think it's easier for customers to find everything in a coffin case. Multiple layer cases sometimes don't allow enough product to be displayed and have some problems with packages falling down. They also have problems with idiot supervisors and their schematics that they draw for you to follow. Only problem, the drawing they make today might not work well with the ad for next week.

I admit, a well managed multiple layer case can look very nice.

I have a 5 deck and still need more room
Even have a top shelf in my 40ft Full Service counter and I am looking for a case stretcher
I do have coffins in the middle which are great for all kinds of stuff
