I think one of the things I like best about the business is knowing that I can cut something and make it nice enough that someone wants it on their table to feed their family
stress is starting to get to me .........i had a few other job offers lately that is a bit less money but no stress.......im at a cross road not sure which way to go.......u must have an awsome job 8 years stress free i want that
I was one that had to have stress to work my butt off, no stress, no hustle, I was ready to go home or go chase a lady customer or a meat wrapper, guess that is why I married four wrappers lol
I am like that to ....but it's getting bad I'm already working 70 to 80 hours a week....I'm getting burned out I think....I have tom marrow off I prob just need a day of sleep..lol
my thrill was coming in, filling the rail full of beef and start breaking and cutting, stay on the saw for 6 hours before lunch, Adrenaline pumping, filling the counter, watching them pick it up. we live the fill it high, sale it cheap program back then. an all the women that thought meat cutters were sexy lol
I'm glad to hear Meatcutters are still Sexy Hunks of ManCandy, FemaleCutter96! Lol
I bet you tease the Heck out of 'em!
I couldn't handle the meatgirls anymore....had to go bakery! She's a good one...and 'bout as Sweet as chocolate Habanero peppers :)
I like my job. If I could just boot our second man out, I'd love it even more (that's a whole 'nother story in and of itself). I've got the best AC ever...40 straight days of 100 degree weather sucks. Even in the winter it's not bad--I have my company sweatshirt to wear. I like to cut meat and share the knowledge. I like building relationships with the other cutters and running the market. Milf monday's are the best. When the market is running as it should, the job is just easy and fun--no need to worry about a corporate HR guy looking over your cubicle. Last but not least is the pride, as femalecutter96 mentioned, you have when you leave for the day and you can see your work in all its glory.
Ok so I .... Slaughter in the field in high temps of literally 90 to 100° ..... And then stay work and cut in just about 30 room temp ....... And my freezer runs negative ...... What can I say we as a group are some pretty versatile mother****ers.........R.T.B.
