i did over the weekend with corn on the cobb i put it in my dept next to the ribs ........but i got the sales for it i put my miscellaneous meat code on them..lol
again case is too small most I can cross with is shishkabob. which i didn't even get to do today. maybe tomorrow. had a special order for 150 pieces of Country Ribs. thats fine but ended up with like 50 lbs of pork trim. way too muck for grinding just for sausage so I had to get creative decided to find some casing from the local butcher shop and figured out how to use our old sausage stuffer and made some brats out of it. I am not good at this only did it once before a long time ago but some of the links looked pretty good but some didn't. Just need some practive but anyway it set me back some time couldn't get to the shish kabobs i planned on doing and had to work 15 minutes late. oh well i get faster next time.
tray packed corn on the cob, in a nice basket by one of my quad bunkers, and on friday morning i also nabbed the last two packs of pepperidge farm slider buns for my bscon cheeseburger sliders. it seems the company unauthorized the store brand ones and the vendor wont be in until tuesday. total epic fourth of july fail
