I never have enough of the peppers i want sometime i substitute cucumbers or squash.  I basically do a color sceme.  I start with a mushroom, then onion, meat, onion, (btw i like blue onions) green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, meat, onion, green, red, yellow, onion, meat, onion, green , red, yellow, and cap off with a mini tomato.

i like to have an onion on both sides of the meat.  I tell people it helps season the meat better but i think it just looks nicer.

Hey we should take pictures of our kabobs and post them here.  Kabobs sell because they look pretty.  everyone knows its a lot cheaper if you just do it yourself at home but when it looks pretty they can't resist.

Sometimes we do, but not usually not. It's a good idea. It looks good, gives more variety and it's easier than bell peppers. We usually have about 3 colors of bell peppers, a white mushroom, a red onion, and a tomato.

For lamb, if done the way we want it, it would be the same produce, but with  white onion instead, just so that no one would confuse lamb for beef. Mistakes can be made when the meat is marinated.

We will gladly custom make kabobs for anyone.
