do you prefer grain fed chicken,corn fed,or other.I guess what I should be asking is what does your customer like better.And does any of you sell may of chicken cutlets.?
In our store we have an amish brand that says vegitarian fed.. and all natural so customers like that. We also carry a an organic free range and we have crowd that goes for that. We sell alot of thinsliced cutlets and stir fry cut but bnls skinless breast are the top seller.
We sell a house brand of chicken that is grain fed, perdue which is grain and marigold fed, an all natural air chilled chicken, and an organic chicken I sell a ton of chicken cutlets and ground chicken Chicken accounts for 45% of my weekly meat sales

not to sure what they feed the chickens i sell maybe chicken food..lol...good question though im gonna find out......i have organic chicken yorkshire farms.....free from antibiotic chicken.....and air chilled chicken
We carry a local organic grain fed whole chicken from about 15 miles away. We also carry Bell & Evans all-natural air-chilled chicken. The boneless skinless breast sell quick.
