We carry a a natural prime but get many requests for all grass fed beef... Seems the smaller shops have it must be hard to get in large quanitys. Our all Natural Prime we carry are mostly grass fed but some people are crazy about wanting all grass fed beef.

We get a lot of requests for grass fed beef. We did away with our all-natural angus beef (bad move imo, that stuff was damn good!) and introduced some organic grass fed crap from Uruguay. The hamburger meat sells really well, but the steaks are so-so. It looks similar to Buffalo meat, which I'm not a big fan of. Too lean, no marbling, crap processing, etc.

I'm telling you, if you can sell All-natural Angus beef, do it. It tastes excellent, even better than CAB and prime grade beef. If you have the clientelle to buy it ($$$), demo it, do whatever. It is worth it.
