Memorial Day is this weekend and sales will be good. I talked to a few of our other Meat managers at some of our other stores and they don't seem to care that its a holiday weekend. To me, whether its Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day, its big to me. Its a time to make your cases look extra good, cut extra, make some big sales, and work my a#* off. I know when I come in and see my numbers, it'll be worth it.

Well its started. The weekend is here, and time to roll up our sleeves and cut, cut, cut, and then cut some more. I always like it when some of my customers come up to me while on a Saturday ( holiday) and ask me, why are you working? I thought you'd be off. That always gives me a chuckle.
