RE: Cutters wages

First of all patriotsfan who do you work for? Must be highest paid managers in the country/business. Except they work a lot of hours. I barely work 45 hours a week for 80k salary.

Everyone else do your companies have your pay in writing or do they have multiple pay scales to choose from like food lion who has/had 3or4 different scales for a fair, good, excellent meat cutters?

At costco there is one scale meat cutters minimum pay is 12 and raises are based on hours worked (10 steps) not controlled by management top pay right now is 24 and hourlys get bonuses of 5000 to 8000 per year based on years of service. Time and half for everyone on Sundays not just old timers. (Doesn't make sense to me to work next to someone making higher wages and getting time and half and your both at your different top pays? And you don't get time and a half) but doing the same job!
