The hotdog is like human flesh in that it conducts electricity. There is a microprocessor attached to the blade that keeps a charge in the blade. when you or the hotdog touches it, it absorbs some of the charge. the microprocessor senses this and triggers the blade to release into the stop. the momentum of the blade causes it to pivot backwards under the table.
i think the bang it makes and goes down would scare the **** outta me more then the thought of cutting my finger...lol......i like a blade that dont more 80P
yea it makes some noise lol But think of the fingers it could save on a meat saw if they could make it work on one. a lot of young cutters could keep their fingers and even a few of us old ones lol
Good Lord was good to me, he let me keep all mine after 51 years lol I think a boneless blade will cut you faster not moving, you ever notice that lol seem like every time I pick up one I got nick lol
lol i dont use them now......i use to work in a 150,000 a week atlantic superstore where we would bring a pallet of what ever was on sale and run it through quick for the bunkers .........its embarassing i was hacking eye of rounds .....and some guy was dinging that service counter bell like crazy being a ass i looked up and got my finger.....duck tapped it up and kept driving ..lol
