I'm not worried about the lab grown meat, but I think the future for retail meat cutters looks pretty bleak.

i think with the new fresh healthy cooking boom ........people want fresh cut meat service case ect...not prepackaged meats that sweat in there package for 90 or how ever long the date they put on them..lol....i think service counters are the future ....the old is new 80P

butcher29 I'm with you, as long as there are good meat shops, people are going to buy it. you have to many customers that want the real taste of good meat !!

definatley and the more over priced butcher shops pop up with organic and kobe ect beef that 2,000 a pound..lol....people will buy the nice cheap AAA the the grocery stores sell in there service cases.
