Long Time Club member Andy Lettau, Meat Manager at Lucky's in Louisville, Ky. checking on his case Andy says he has a awesome crew. they make everything from scratch like all of their sausages and in store smoked bacon. Andy said it's very time consuming but it's the way a meat shop should be.
