I have stayed in this hotel more than 20 times in the last few years except for COVID.

I have always had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff and facilities are in my opinion beyond reproach.

I am somewhat disturbed to see some quite disparaging reports recently. Can anyone throw some light on this?

Due to arrive 10th May for 28 days. Thanks in advance.

Those reviews are pretty scary arent they? We stayed there about 20 times when the kids were young but that was about 20 yrs,ago

My friend visited this place not long ago and said it was the worst hotel he had ever been in during his vacancy. It was not his first visit, but things changed after the covid-19 global pandemic crisis, and I think if you plan to visit this hotel again, you are making a big mistake. Instead of visiting Crown Paradise Hotel, you better visit the Jungle Vista Hotel, which is not too far away and has better service and beach. My friend got a transfer from Crown Paradise Hotel to Jungle vista. He said that he felt the difference once he entered the hotel. It is really amazing how COVID-19 changed things.
