Hello! I work for a national grocery chain and we have a difficult time finding meat cutters as applicants here in Texas. Where is the best place to find candidates for this very skilled trade? How and where can I find some great meat cutters that would like to come to Texas to work and enjoy life? Are there still trade schools, are there still agriculture classes and curriculum?
