Is this concept going on in your area or is it a fancy thing for posh/hipsterĀ restaurants?
Or did you do it anyway eat everything from the squeal to the fart it just didnt have a trendy name.
Do you view it as a fancy city thing or think Ive been eating scrapple for years?
Or do you think Id never sell half of it nobody wants liver gizzards and such and leave that for the processing plant for nuggets.
