Sorry this video was very good and definitely not professional like Leon was but I tried and hopefully got the message across, if I get the guts to do another I will try and do better, I have NEVER made a video before this LOL remember keep that smile on your face even though dealing with the public and the higher ups can be extremely hard and you want to wak away or blow your stack, REMEMBER you have the upper hand and CAN make them feel like the fool instead of yourself.
