This is a Poll.  Please select your best answer.  There is no "All of the Above" option because I want to pin point one specific issue that we find the most pressing.  You may also comment below.  We want to hear your thoughts.

the most pressing issue is ..(case ready fresh meats) ..too many company consolidations (less competition, fewer companies, huge conglomerates)

if one of these large grocery retail companies decides to go case ready,,,it can affect thousands of cutters

Case ready is the biggest threat....followed by negative image of meats.... there is no more balance in reporting,,,, the liberal media sensationalizes and demonizes anything and everything meat...

the liberals want to take meat off school menus, or this will be coming,,,one of obamas secretaries is a vegan..

how often do we hear- meat if part of a healthy diet?????

Lack of help for sure. Payroll gets squeezed tighter every year. Replacing journeyman with clerks and then expected to maintain the same standards. Years ago the best stockers out of grocery or dairy would get a spot in the market when one came open so that they could make more money, so the market was very productive when built upon that base. Unfortunately those days are gone.
