What are/ were your favorite questions to ask a potential employee? Any odd ball ones you like to help evaluate them? Specifics for a counter help/ wrapper vs cutter? Even other industries would be interesting to hear.
Every interview I have been in someone always asks the "tell me your weakness" and "tell me about a time you worked with a difficult supervisor"
On the other side, what questions do you like asking the interviewer as a potential employee? How do you feel them out if it will be a right fit?
Myself I never had many questions I wanted to ask, I wanted to see how he held a knife and how he cut.
I went a step outside a interview by making them walk with me down the meat case talking to customers, letting him/her wait on a customer while I was standing close by to hear how he talk to a customer and how he reactive to him/her
