Hi Leon Can't help you with this one, it's a real oldie. Not sure if it is worth all the time money and aggravation to fix. Can't tell from pics, but if the gear teeth are worn you might be able to take it to a machine shop or fabricator to get the have them weld new spines on and cut to shape. before proceeding, be certain parts at both ends ( motor and transmission ) move freely Bob
