My first stop was to meetVincent Losavio Sr. third generation co owner ofJohn's Meat Market in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. I slip in the back door of John's to surprise him, turned out he was sick in bed, his brother Nick called him and he got out of bed to come meet me. John is old school meat man, knows his stuff. we kicked it about two hours, talked about things OLD meat cutters talk about. He gave me and my wife a surprise by cooking up some of his famous sausage, the recipe had came down from his grand father. Man it was delicious
