cooking turkey breast.

Needing some help on a problem I have. I have a group of people that want me to cook enough turkey breasts for 60 people. Cooked and boned out of course. I got in 2 cases of 6 to 8# boned in breasts. How many breasts would I need? Now these are senior citizens. My boss figured about 10 breasts. I usually cook turkeys off at Thanksgiving for a few people. Just thought I'd throw this out there.

RE: cooking turkey breast.

I got this off an old chart I had.

Bone-In Turkey Breast - 4 to 8 lbs.1/2 lb. per serving

For a boneless serving I would suggest 5 to 6 ounces.

Hope this helps
