In this picture he just boned, rolled and stuffed 6 chicken legs. not bad for 12 years of age  Conor works some Saturday 's and all summer. Hopefully he will have the passion for the trade his Dad does and will take over the shop when Dad retired and take it to even higher heights than Dad has. His Dad is real proud of the fact he is working with him in the trade
