We turned in a few Ribeyes from this bad boy in the 2015 American Royal Steak competition and we won Grand Champion in the grain fed competition and Reserve Grand Champion for grass fed. The steaks were judged by a blind taste test, all steaks were cooked the same way and only had salt and pepper. They were judged on flavor, tenderness and eating experience. 100% Wagyu!
