Please share this information with any and everybody I have put so much time and effort into this,and it will be Open October 1st but I still need help to make sure I will be operating at my full potential.  I am a second generation butcher, my father Frank Dorame sr. has been in the meat industry over 35 years and is now meat director/buyer for Jensens Finest Foods which is where I started and learned the trade for the past 15 years.

There is a huge need for quality meats and seafood on the east end of the valley where I live and about half of my patrons must drive 20-30 mins to get decent meat. I plan to set up shop closer to the east end and make it more convenient for my customers. All I ever hear is why don't you come out towards La Quinta,Ca????
