Wow, that is one heck of a collection. From the kill floor to the butcher-block so to speak. However Leon, I don't see a needle. You can't miss it because it has a wooden round ball like handle.

There might be a couple of trussing needles in the pig liver bucket. I don't see any with the round handle either. Great collection!

Nice collection, I would like to have a lot of that, afraid my wife would run me off if I had all of it lol  Like to have the cabinet and round meat block
