Certified Muscolo Inaugural Class Starts January 2016

Our Muscolo Certification program is a comprehensive 9-month curriculum that’s structured into very doable three-month trimesters. It’s all designed to place you on the path to graduation and a successful, rewarding career path in the butchery trade.

As one of a select group of Academy students, you’ll attend lab and class courses 6-8 hours each weekday. Additional field trip and lab time will take place Mondays and Fridays. Our low student-to-teacher ratio ensures that you’ll learn through demonstration and practice with experienced butchers and meat culinarians right beside you. Guiding you. Encouraging you.
