Our Muscolo Certification program is a comprehensive 9-month curriculum that’s structured into very doable three-month trimesters. It’s all designed to place you on the path to graduation and a successful, rewarding career path in the butchery trade.
As one of a select group of Academy students, you’ll attend lab and class courses 6-8 hours each weekday. Additional field trip and lab time will take place Mondays and Fridays. Our low student-to-teacher ratio ensures that you’ll learn through demonstration and practice with experienced butchers and meat culinarians right beside you. Guiding you. Encouraging you. Our Academy is limiting enrollment to 15 students for the inaugural program, soapply nowto be considered for our first ever Muscolo graduating class.
