Although it's been many years since I had to do this, it seems like yesterday lol When I was a young cutter this was what was give me to do while they went to lunch. Flanks and beef plates !!

I wouldn't mind that at all. Especially if I could concentrate on that and not help customers. Just leave me alone and let me cut. Anything.
