Sounds like you get some neat stuff for the price of the donation. I'd like to hear more about the apron. Got a picture? I've been meaning to post something about aprons. We have a laundry service that provide them, and we have thin plastic disposable too, but I like to use my own sometimes. A waterproof one for working with an ice counter and also for cleaning up. I found some decent ones at Amazon and bought them. I haven't found a perfect one. One that fits just right and is waterproof, easy to wipe clean, a decent color, maybe a pocket for a pen, etc.
The video says Muscolo is the first and only meat cutting school. There used to be one in Ohio, Toledo School Of Meat Cutting. It was there in the 1940s through at least late 1960s.
