Fascinating! I didn't know blood pudding was sausage! Never new what haggis was either. Lol The best part tho...he has vice grips for a handle! Just like my screen door. ;) Thanks for sharing!
I have been doing some home made sausage making for a few months now, I find this interesting. As a meat cutter I feel that knowing the art of sausage making can be a benefit to me as a meat cutter and a knowledge that can benefit me in higher paying meat jobs
