Sausage making class - Autumn course programme - and more.

Sausage Making Class- We have a full programme of sausage making starting on Friday the 4th September and starting at 1pm running until 4.30pm

This is a practical relaxed hands on afternoon where we get to design, make and taste your own custom made sausage. You'll be working with the freshest pork shoulder, herbs, and spices and all natural casings. It's a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon with a good balance of theory and practical skills. We provide refreshments throughout the afternoon.
