I would like to know more about this. I understand that sometimes we have to give up our dreams and get a real job, but what inspired her to choose butchering? Does she come from a family of butchers or did she just think it looked neat and wanted to try it or was it just a job she ended up with ?

Nice pictures! I'm also interested in more of the story behind what led her to meat cutting. From comedy to meat cutting — that's an interesting turn.
