That's a neat picture! I don't know how I missed it when it was new. I guess the title didn't grab my attention. Can't tell for sure, but that looks like pork side meat, but with boned out sparerib meat left attached. Never seen that before.
Did anyone notice the person in the bottom left of the picture with back to camera?
