One time a lady brought back some sausage that she had bought from us. She said it had worms. See those short white things on the sausage that's laying horizontally below the 4 vertical ones? That's what she thought was worms. It took some talking to convince her it was just a natural part of the natural casing. But she still didn't want the sausage anymore.

I can see how that could cause some concern. That really does look like worms.
I am sure this sausage is delicious. I wish could try it.
