I had a good meeting this morning with Mr. David Moore at the Whitfield Career Academy,  He is over the vocational schools here in my county. I been dealing with others under him and have slowly moved up the ladder to him. I'm trying to get a meat cutting course into these vocational schools. He is going to contact a few others and discuss it and get back to me. I have to supply him with a lot of information about meat cutting and some of the other schools doing these classes. He did seem to be very interested in bringing this together. He is also interested in letting us bring in a sausage making class and is going to talk with their chef about this.
