Managers do you face the end of the year with having to see if your goals were met, If you met them, How high does the bar get set for 2015 you exceed 2014? If you didn't met them, Do you know what went wrong?
This was one of the few things I disliked about being a Market Manager, projecting sales and putting a business plan into place for the new year. I believe this is where the saying " **** Happens " came from.
