Long time Club member John W. Lindsay had a great sausage making class at his market Wednesday night, even with bad weather,  check out a few pictures of it

Hart’s was a small shop founded in the 1880s by Jewish immigrant Moses Hart. His innovative, philanthropic son Alfred eventually grew Hart’s to a chain with 113 locations, but by the 1940s, the stores began to close.

Thanks very much! Its a great company we do ONLY whole animals beef, heritage pork, and chicken (rose veal and lamb coming in late spring) that are local, antibiotic free, hormone free, and gmo free.
